Carl supports communication of the NDC-TIA project and assists in fulfilling other project needs. He currently works as a Digital Content Editor and Co-ordinator at the ITF. Carl holds a Bachelor in Geography from UC Berkeley and a Master in Urban Governance from Sciences Po, Paris.
