Francisco is ICCT’s NDC-TIA project manager. At ICCT, he is ASEAN lead and the emerging markets cluster coordinator. He develops roadmaps for decarbonizing the transport sector and leads projects on real-world vehicle emissions. Francisco is based in Washington, D.C.
