Tuan is GIZ’s NDC-TIA project officer under Vietnam component. He is responsible for coordinating the activities regarding electric mobility and fuel economy. His interest lies in the intersection between transport and climate change as well as examining the associations between policies and practices in the transport sector. Tuan is based in Hanoi, Vietnam.
