Transport Research Officer, International Transport Forum

Vatsalya is the deputy project manager for the NDC-TIA at the ITF. Her current work involves research, data collection and analysis on specific policy measures that aim at CO2 emissions reduction from transport for projects under the Decarbonising Transport Initiative of the ITF, including the NDC Transport Initiative for Asia and the Decarbonising Transport in Emerging Economies projects. Vatsalya holds a Bachelor in Economics with honors and a Master in International Economic Policy with concentrations in Emerging Economies and Climate Studies.
