Program Lead, International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT)

Zifei is ICCT’s NDC-TIA project manager. At ICCT, she is the passenger vehicles program lead. She assesses the potential fuel consumption and emissions reductions from light-duty vehicle technologies and identifies global best practices. Zifei is based in Washington, D.C.
