Hang Nguyen is a Public Relations & Communications Officer for the NDC-TIA Vietnam team. Hang leads communications and PR works for the project. She is also responsible for maintaining and developing a good network of Vietnamese press contacts, in the field of climate change as well as ensuring effective communication between the project and Government/Development partners. Before joining GIZ, Hang worked as a Communications and Partnership Associate at the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI), in charge of GGGI’s external communications and media relations strategies in Vietnam. Hang aspires to contribute her expertise to make real change in communications and media for the immediate actions to tackle the climate crisis. Hang holds a master’s degree in Communications, Media Practice and Public Relations from Swansea University, United Kingdom, and a bachelor’s degree in International Business from IPU New Zealand.
